Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

True healing is not just about fixing what feels broken. It is about reconnecting with our life force, weaving together a new sense of wholeness that keeps us grounded, present, and connected to the unfolding journey of our lives.

What is it?

A gentle, hands-on, non-invasive, health-oriented therapy that supports the nervous system, helping the body release tension and return to a natural state of balance and ease.

We listen to the subtle movements and rhythms within the body, including the natural motion of the tissues and bones. Through light touch, we create a sense of safety and space for the nervous system to settle.

As the body shifts from a state of flight-fight, freeze or protection into a calmer, more regulated state, it often begins to release tension naturally.

Is used to treat conditions such as:

•Nervous system dysregulation, chronic tension, fatigue or difficulty resting.

• Feeling disconnected from the body or self, the effects of trauma and prolonged stress.

• Headaches, neck or back discomfort.

What we may explore together

  • Patterns — noticing recurring patterns in the body or nervous system.

  • What hasn't yet come into awareness — gently noticing sensations, tension or holding that you may not have felt before.

  • Bringing awareness to yourself — becoming more connected with what is happening within your body.

  • A clearer picture — developing a deeper understanding of your experience and how your body may be responding.

Sometimes our body knows something before our mind does.

During a session, we may gently explore these areas together. I may notice something through touch, and bring your attention to it, so you can become more aware of what is already there.

You remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment table.

I use gentle, light touch, mostly around the head, feet and body. There is no need to do anything or talk about anything you don't want to.

The session is a space to slow down and notice what is happening in your body. Some people feel deeply relaxed, while others notice sensations, emotions, memories or simply a greater sense of space and ease. Everyone experiences it differently.

What happens in a session?

You may be here if you are…

• Looking for guidance in moving through old patterns that no longer serve you.

• Wanting to gain a deeper awareness of your body, emotions, and inner world.

• Experiencing physical symptoms but unsure of the underlying cause.

• Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or living with nervous system burnout.

• Navigating stress, anxiety, grief, or significant life transitions.

• Longing to be deeply listened to and held in a safe, non-judgemental space.

• Feeling disconnected from yourself and wanting to reconnect with a greater sense of clarity, ease, and wholeness.

This work may support you if you are looking for a deeper understanding of yourself, your patterns, or what your body may be trying to communicate. Sometimes we know something needs attention, but we don't know where to begin.

Having a space to slow down, listen, and explore can bring greater clarity, awareness, and ease.

About Me

I am Kuri.

My approach has been shaped by my own life experience.

In 2020, I reached the lowest point in my life. The emotional pain felt unbearable, and it became the beginning of my spiritual journey. It hasn’t been easy, and I don’t think it is something we ever truly finish. It is a lifelong path of learning.

Since then, meditation, self-awareness, and inner work have become a big part of my life.

I started as a backpacker wandering the world, then became a yoga teacher and massage therapist. I thought that was where my path would stay. But life gently led me into another realm—Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.

This work has deepened my understanding that the mind, body, and spirit are not separate. They are one whole being. Often, our pain, trauma, and life experiences can disconnect us from ourselves. Healing is not about fixing who we are, but about creating the space for what has always been there to come back into relationship.

I feel deeply for human suffering because I know what it is like to lose yourself.

I would love to share the wisdom life has taught me, together with the knowledge I have gained through my training. I offer a gentle, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel safe enough to be yourself, and reconnect with the part of you that has never been broken, your own light can shine again.
